WRITING 2- Nayeli Flores Avila (I07)

The difficult experience I had to go through was when I traveled to Cusco.

My mother and I had arrived in Cusco. There was a man who had our names on a sheet of paper, he was the driver who took us to the hotel.

That same day, we went for a walk to learn more about that city, when it got dark we could not find the hotel we had booked and I saw a local person. I told my mother "She can help us" and we asked her for the hotel address and we finally managed to find the hotel. That was not all, the next day we got lost in Qorikancha, it was a crowded place. We could not find the guide and suddenly I saw him, so in the end, we succeed in finding our team of 20 people and continued with the tour.

When we returned to Lima we could not take the taxi that the travel agency had sent us for being late.

Anyway, it was a magical trip and we could not believe how many times we got lost.

The worst experience was 2 years ago (Mon.31@2018).
That day some strangers stole my dad his cell phone, money & the keys to his car.  They hit my dad with the gun to his head, but it wasn't that bad.It appears in many newspaper headlines saying that the Arc. Olivera owed money and that the thieves for revenge robbed him, but that is a lie.
The truth is that some gentlemen were chasing him and one day as they saw that my dad took a lot of money from the bank and he was alone they decided that that day is the right one.
⁂ That day they decided to rob him. They robbed him in front of my house.

That day I was in my room when I heard a very loud noise and I saw out the window and my dad was injured.  I went to open the door and my dad told me to find a taxi.
When I found a taxi, my dad and mom went to the hospital and I was alone with my sister. I was very sad & tried not to cry. My sister asked me why I was sad.  And I couldn't tell you what happened because she was very little.
Then, a lady told me what happened in the robbery because she saw everything.
After two hours my dad came back and what I did was go hug him and I told my dad I missed you a lot.
That day was the worst day of my life.

The most difficult experience I've had so far was when my mom suffered an accident in 2015. At the time we were living in Lima. This happened on vacation, my parents traveled to Huancayo to visit my grandparents, my sister and I couldn't travel because we had vacation classes. I remember it was a Thursday, we were coming home, when my aunt told us to go her house because she wanted to talk with us. We asked her if she could talk to my parents, because we couldn't. So, she told us that my mom had suffered a car accident. I can't remember what happened next, but the next day we managed to communicate with my dad, he was crying because my mom was in intensive care and the doctors couldn't help her. My sister and I were very bad because we were not able to do anything for her. On Saturday an uncle offered to take us to Huancayo. When we arrived here we wanted to see my mom. My uncle took us to the hospital. I could look at my mom, so far I can't forget this moment she was very bad. We saw my dad he was very sad about the situation. On Monday the doctors were able to attend to my mother because she was improving and she was able to endure the treatment. My mom was in the hospital 4 months. It took her 2 years to recover properly, but thank God she's fine now.

I had a bad experience when I traveled to Cuzco 2 years ago

because the airline is supposed to allow us to carry 23 kilos by hand, but the lady who attended us charged us more for carry-on luggage and told us: the company only leaves passengers who can carry 32 kilos.

We told him that it was only a carry-on suitcase and that we could carry it without any problem, but the lady insisted.

so in order not to miss the flight we had to pay the extra luggage

but my mother said we didn't have to pay for extra luggage

so to avoid further problems, my mother calmed down and we traveled.

we could have avoided that incident if we had worn less clothes, that taught us that we should bring necessary things and not a lot of clothes.

When I was 10 years old, I was going on vacation to the Merded, since I had an aunt who lived there, I liked to go since I saw my cousin because he is very funny and he is my age. It is very hot in that place so one day with my cousins we decided to go to the pool, I was very excited but I remembered that I couldn't swim, but I wanted to go play with my cousins and do things together like always... so we went to the pool. They all went in and I did the same, but I couldn't swim and that saddened me because everyone had fun except me. My cousin tried to teach me, but I fell very hard and was crying. My cousins came to the house and said that nothing was impossible, so the next day we went to the pool again and he and my uncle taught me that he was very strict but wanted me to learn.
That day I couldn't either ... I felt like I was never going to learn ...
My last day of vacation in the Merced was spent in the pool with my cousins who taught me how to swim.
I finally managed to learn to swim and it was very surprising for me since I succeed in do it because I did not give up despite the falls and all that.
Now sometimes I go swimming because I don't have much time for school and that. But I would like to spend more time in the pool.

Hello teacher :), I want to talk about the problem here in Peru. What you need to know. :(

Unfortunately this problem is getting worse because there are more people with this. A virus called "Coronavirus" appeared for about 1 month and today there are 127 cases of the virus!
The president gave a message to all Peruvians and now we do it

× We can't leave our houses because there is a curfew from 8 p.m. until 5 a.m.
× We can't go out for any reason, even if you need to buy something like bread, toilet paper, food, etc. We can not!! & it is impossible because the police could take us to the police station
× The most important thing is that we have to wash our hands b4 of being infected, since it is easy to spread the virus if you don't wash your hands.
Here in Huancayo people are responsible because all the streets are empty and people are afraid of being infected
.°. the only thing we can do is respect the words of our president & take great care
This is what teacher wanted to say. & I wish that this problem comes to an end and Peru continues as b4.<3

When I was 8 years old, my parents decided to come and live in Huancayo because my brother had already finished high school so he decided to take his exam at UNCP and for good luck he was able to get in, so during the holidays my parents looked for a new school for my sister and me, they wanted us to study in the same school but the vacancies were already filled and they could not get a new school. That meant that my brother had to go to Huancayo alone, but he was going to live with my grandparents in Concepción so he would have to travel every day for college.
So my brother had to come to Huancayo alone and the rest of my family had to wait until next year when there were some vacancies for us. The day my brother traveled to Huancayo was very sad, my mother cried, my father consoled him, my sister and I shouted ¨We will miss you¨ ¨ Take care of yourself, we will meet soon¨. That year was very difficult for all of us missed my brother, his room looked empty, our weekends were not the same. Every day my parents would call my brother to find out how he was doing in college.
That year taught us several things, my sister and I began to value ourselves more, we took care of ourselves much more. My parents learned that they have to let go of the rope that binds their children but that they will always be their children.

Hi teacher Antonio, I am going to tell you what happened to me last year with a bad experience when I traveled to Tumbes.
Well, my godmother bought the tickets three months in advance; the day of the trip was approaching, I had my luggage ready to travel to Lima. When I arrived to Lima, all my family and I called the travel agency to send us our virtual tickets, but there the problem came because the one who was in charge of giving us the tickets did not answer the calls and messages.
We were all very concerned about the tickets, we had thought that we had been cheated but it was not, but they had restricted us some things stuff like the type of flight, the one we had bought was from the LAN airline and they changed us to the SKYPE airline, other disadvantage we had was that we could not carry more than 15 kilos in our suitcase and we had to give away our big suitcase and fill the clothes to the small suitcases.
After the whole trip, we told him what happened to our uncle and he told us that doing that was ilegal for the travel agency.
