Bulling at school can affect children in a number of ways. Not only doesn't have a negative impact on the social environment, but it also creates an atmosphere of fear among students.
I think the best solution is that begin at home, the parent should talk with their children about what contitutes healthy friendship and what doesn't.
Although research suggests that parent are often the last to know when their children is being bullied or has bullied someone else, the parent can share time with them (talking with kids everyday about their social lives, asking open questions about who they happened on the bus or on the walk home from school).
In conclusion, parents have an important role in the personal development of their children, so it is important to spend time and know more about them, meet their social group friends, teachers, etc. The bulling could end if we begin from home.

Bullying: Protecting the aggressors is as important as caring for the victims.

I am convinced that helping the bullies is as important as caring the victims, because It is likely the child is transferring to school the suffering that he lives at home. Whithout a doubt in all this staging that we call bullying, who has the most psychological problems is the agresor, because the child carries all the resentment and the only way he knows to deal whit that is to download it with others.

In addition, adults are witnesses, accomplices and co-responsible for the violence that bullying carries and the degree of emotional involvement that the victim may have as fear, loss of self confidence, isolation, reduction of social skills, depression and suicide.

In conclusión, the intimidation is mainly due to the violent styles of social relationships, the lack of social skills to resolve conflicts and a crisis in the styles of family upbringing. Therefore the solution of this terrible social problem is within the homes; parents must teach their children values, increase confidence and communication. Also the help can be professional. Overcoming bullying is not impossible.

Foreign language in Peru - Adriana Cueva

This report describes the necessity of learning and speaking a foreign language in Peru. In the last surveys about what kind of language does each one speaks, Spanish wasn't considered as one of the most important languages in the whole world. That means, knowing a foreign language different to your mother tongue become necessary, especially this is beneficial to promote tourism in the country.

Learning a language is never easy for anyone. That's why according to studies, the best time to learn another language is at an early age so that children will develop and become fluent in it. However, learning languages in our country from childhood is difficult because in schools, especially in public schools, many times English is not included in the curriculum.

It would be advisable that each student looks for institutes outside of the school where they can learn English. In general, some children who are the most applied students and they are able to convey basic ideas, can win some scholarship to travel abroad where they can find native speakers to brush up on the language. Also, you can realize that most of the movies, songs, books that have some sort of impact on society are in English, so it could be considered as the universal language which unites us all.

People must realize the impact a foreign language has on someone and how it can change their lives. The government should invest in programs for children to access a foreign language from an early age. in this way, they could have many opportunities from scholarships abroad or better job opportunities in the future.

Nowadays in our country, many persons talk about bullying, but they don't know what it is. Bullying is when someone abuses another person. There are many kinds of bullying such us beating, harassment, etc. Bullying has become a dangerous epidemic and nobody can't get away from it. When bullying happens, there are often witnesses present either in person or online. If they didn't choose to become an upstander, they could help to stop those situations. Parents need to educate their children about bullying. It's possible that their children are having trouble and they don't know.
Parents should model positive examples for their child in relationships with other people and with them.
It's important for students to report any bullying to their parents or an adult they trust. Take for example: Often kids don't report cyberbullying cause they fear their parents will take away their phone or computer, but if they noticed a case of bullying, they could help immediately and stop it.

WRITING 1: BULLYING

Bullying is almost the same in every part of the world, but it´s always good to focus and pay more attention to the kids in the schools. Also, as well as, keep yourself informed about this kind of problems in our city. According to Comercio newspaper, in Peru, there are 56% of schoolchildren to say they´ve been bullied at some time. I think the solution is on us and our society.
First, all the schools should work with a psychologist so they will teach each student through sessions about what negative things bring us bullying if you practice it.
Psychologist should work it with all the students in the world.

Like this, all the people will work together and the percentage of buying will go to drop

THE STATUS OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN PERU
INTRODUCTION:
This report describes that when learn a foreign languages, they give speakers opportunities to travel abroad and get jobs. There are more and more people learning and speaking English these days because It's good for your degree, good for your career and opportunities to do business with other countries.

1.THE IMPORTANCE OF FOREIGN LANGUAGES IN PERU:

Currently, the use of foreign language is important and necessary for everyone in areas such as tourism, international relations and media. Also, learning a foreign language opens many professional opportunities, getting a promotion or a transfer overseas.

2. THE CURRENT SITUATION OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING IN SCHOOLS:

In many schools, they believe it is not important to teach another language and the methodology is low. I think learning a new language can be a part of their preparation for college or graduate school. The solution is to improve the quality of teacher training in schools by constantly updating on new methodologies.

3. OPPORTUNITIES FOR LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGES OUTSIDE OF THE SCHOOL SYSTEM:

There are many ways of studying a foreign languages. People are able to learn a language through books, guidance tutorials that are available on the internet.

Some of best tips for learning a second language include practicing reading, writing, listening and speacking. WRITING N 1 - BULLYING ( Name: Yaquelin Caceres Maldonado)

BULLYING

I think bullying can leave deep emotional scars. And in extreme situations, it can be violent threats, damage, harassment and intimidation in order to feel powerful.
Adults have a major role in helping to prevent bullying. First, the parents should recognize the warning signs that their child is involved in bullying. If your child talks to you about problems with other children at school, this is good news.

Often children don't tell anyone about being bullied. Trying to have a conversation with your child about bullying is not always easy but necessary. Then, schools are the place where children spend more time and where bullying can happen.

During the class, teachers want to establish a safe climate in class but there are always certain students with different types of bad behaviors. If teachers had time to pay attention to each child, bullying problems would be easier to control.

In conclusion, I believe that educators and parents share a collective responsability to create a culture of bullying is unacceptable and to protect kids from physical and psychological harm. All of our children need to feel safe and comfortable at school, if they are going to get an education.

Writing N°1/ bullying
Bullying has always been in our society. There was always been bullying. Just now it has become stronger because the family that is the base of society, is not well formed and doesn't educate children well or over protects them too much that make them weak to be able to defend themselves.
Also I can be said that the people who attack others come from incomplete families. The exact reason  is not known but could be reduced it with psychological treatments to the aggressors and victims of bullying.
The family must adequately educate the children so that they aren't  victims or aggressors of bullying.

The status of foreign language in Peru
Nowadays is neccessary to know or learn foreign language. In the past fifteen years, the education has been changed and the opportunity of job has increased, so is important to learn foreign language  in special the language that all the world speaks  like to English.
In the last five years the foreign languages speakers have increased because they have known that there are more opportunities to get job and scholarship.
Another important point is that with the foreign  language  there are opportunities to do business with other countries. Now the teachers of English still improve the way to teach because many people are anxious to learn English.
Unfortunately in the public school and college the level of English is so basic and for someone is difficult to learn the foreign language, and many people won't pay extra classes of English.
We hope to hear future  that the 80% of the population will be able to speak English fluently and get more options to.improve in their life.

BULLYING-WRITTING N01/JESSY ROMAN

I think teachers should involve students in conversations about bullying to prevent bullies pick on bullied at school.
One strategy that I can recommend is an open dialogue with students about bullying and intolerance. In this way no student would be a victim of bullying.
In conclusion, If the teachers spoken with the students, Could prevent bullying and reduce bullying at schools. Also they would have more confidence to talk about their problems at school.
