I think this article is going to be about how teenagers feel when they are dipressed, how we can help them and also what things we can´t do in that situation. Also I think the article will be about what depression is

 Anna says. "You feel like you are losing your mind, losing who you are."That is a very simple definition of depression. But what is depression? Depression is a real illness that impacts the brain. Anyone suffering from depression will tell you, it's not imaginary or "all in your head." Depression is more than just feeling "down." It is a serious illness caused by changes in brain

Depression is a serious condition. It's also, unfortunately, a common one. The World Health Organization characterizes depression as one of the most disabling disorders in the world, affecting roughly one in five women and one in ten men at some point in their lifetime. It is estimated that 21% of women and 12% of men in the U.S will experience an episode of depression at some point in their lifetime.

There are many causes of depression like :Physical factors or Stress

What can we do?

Help the teen adhere to the doctor's prescribed treatment, 

Have a stable family routine for eating, exercising, and sleeping.

Maintain good communication with the teen

So depression especially in teens is so dificult, we need to help them and give them attention or it may happen a catastropho like the suicide of the teen in problems

Pepito: Hi, Gianina. What happened?. I heard you sad on the pone.

Gianina: Hi Pepito. Yes I have a little problem. I don´t know What can I do?

Pepito: Do you want to tell me?

Gianina: Yes, the problem is that. My father wants that I study medicine but I don't like, I want to study economy and i want to tell his, but I am scared.

Pepito: well. I think you need to talk with your father and explain that you want to study economy. I think he could accept don't be scared.

Gianina: I agree with I'll talk with my mather too. Thanks Pepito.

I think, it tells about the abortion in women, and the consecuences, especially in teenagers. Also I think, it explains about choices if it´s a decision or moral topics.

5. Read the article and describe what you understand of it in as much detail as possible.

People said there are many reasons why a woman aborts. For economic reasons, to continue with their goals in life, due to problems with their partners, etc.

On the other hand, the Bilble defends the life because it says "In God's eyes, life-especially human life-is sacred".

According to the God´s law, says when a woman has conscience shouldn´t attack a child´s life, because if she respect that, she will be rewarded but if she violates that conscience will be condemned her. And finally it says that God is fair and he never abandone his loyal ones, even when the pregnancy isn´t planned.

If you had an abortion

The people tell about a single woman who said "I already had three young children and felt unable to care for four. Yet, after having an abortion, I felt I had done something horrible.". People asked she had had done something that God couldn´t forgive.

The Bible says that Christ had come to call to the sinners, because when they felt repentant for their sins even serious sins, God will forgive them.

I think the article will be about what is depression and what can we to prevent it or what can we do to help someone.

“WHEN I have a bout of depression,” says Anna, * “I have no motivation to do anything, not even the things I usually love to do. All I want to do is sleep. I often feel that I am unlovable, worthless, and a burden to others.” this is one of the cases that the article give us as example. She was on her early teens and it was her first experienced of depression. The article recomended us to have a " First-Ais Kid" for our emotions for this kind of experiences of depression. The Kit includes some information abou people who can suport us when we fell down, also a list of our favorite songs that are positive and upbuilding. Other thing that the Kid has is, some encouraging articles and sayings from the bible. Its important to now what happen with our body when we are under depression. The article give us some information about our body. When we are under depression, we can have some cardiovascular disease and our hormones change levels. Also, chronic or exessive stress. Parents are an importan point of this problem because if parents don't care about their children behavior, they can't detec if their children have depression.

• early teens .- its when you start to be an adolescent. When I was on my aerly teens I was use to be very sad or ungry for any kind of reason.                                                      When I was on my early teens I used to practice Marinera every weekend and three                                                           times a week.

• wholesome meals.-  foots that were based on natural things.                                                                                                     I used to eat wholesome meals when I'm having a diet.                                                                                                       When I was on my early teens I used to eat wholesome meals because I didn't want to have pimples.

• upbuilding sayings.- are usually used to give you a message in a indirect way.                                                                   My mother used to give me upbuilding sayings to be more happy in my life.                                                             Sometimes its necesary for me to read some upbuilding saying to feel quiet abuot some problem that I have

• ashamed.- you feel like this when you do something wrong in front of many people.                                                           I used to be ashamed when I fall down the stairs of one place.                                                                                                  To be ashamed is common when people is on their early teens but I prefer to forget this moments because they are to ashamed for me.

If you want to see ¨el Valle del Mantaro¨, the perfect place to visit is ¨el Cerrito de la Libertad¨, this is a place where you can have a precious time because there are games for the children, there is a zoo, there is a pool and the most important is that there is a lookout where you can see ¨el Valle del Mantaro¨.

If you want to eat traditional food from Huancayo, you can go to Pilcomayo, there are many places that prepare traditional food and some of these places have pools if you want to swim.

If you want to buy some souvenir of Huancayo, you can go to ¨La Casa del Artesano¨ that is a place where you can find souvenirs for you or your house.

MEN AND WOMEN
In my opinión men and women shouldn't live in separate societies. I think they are complementary to each other, so, if we separate  them,  they would be uncompleted.  Men and women are also different in many aspects, so each   time they learn from   maybe they aren't going to be capacitated to organize them lives and more than anything else, they might start having rude fights for very little things.  I think that if we went to this world together is for something in special, something that maybe actually we don´t understand but in the future ,we would understand the reason.    Both of us are necessary to live like we know. If one of us disappeared, it would be a big disorder in the world.

Huancayo is a beautiful city you need you to visit. First of all, if you plan to visit this amazing city, you must bring a coat , because it is very cold.If you like visiting parks, Huancayo has the "Identity park". It is a nice place to have a great time with friends or family, eating apple candy and also having fun at the castle. If you enjoy good food, you should visit "Detrás de la catedral"; it has a very big variety of Peruvian food. Personally, I think that the best plate there is the grill. If you like adventure, you might go to "Torre torre",which is a mountain with very strange red rocks, where you can walk hours and find lots of animals,plants and also risks. These are only some of the things you can do in Huancayo. If you tell me when are you coming here, I will go with you wherever you want. Good luck, and think it over

I agree and disagree in what Wiley says. First of all, I agree because sometimes I think that If women go to the school with men, they use to avoid to make mistakes, because they don’t want to make a fool in front of each other. Also in some cases men are more aggressive than women. So, if men are more aggressive that women, they can’t live in peaceful.

In the other hand, I agree with the idea of Wiley, I thinks that if both of them live separated it would be catastrophic because we know that women and men are different but if both of them live together they can help each other. We know that women can do many things as men, sometimes men lose their minds easily so in that way women can advise them or make them to feel calm. In other case can be in family, in family only one of them can be the one that brings the bread to the house, but if both of them live together with their children they will teach their children better. If one of them make a mistake, the other person will amend that mistake.

In my opinion men and women are really different but complementary, this means that both men and women need a company to feel completely good, for example when a man needs some advice, he has more confidence in the opposite sex, it was once said that women only had to be at home doing the housework, cleaning, cooking and caring for the children, but over time people realized that women are no less than men, and that is why they too can do the Things that they do and thus be able to help each other.  So I think that men and women should not be in different societies would be stupid because in the century that we are all have pairs to be able to support, if this would happen, i would be a total chaos.

I don´t think that men and women should live in different societies. Some people say that a man and a woman have a special function in their lives, men work, and bring money to the house, women do the chores, but in reality both can do these things. Men are the complement of women; if they disappeared, women would feel uncomfortable because, they need someone different to her that could stay with them. If women lived in other societies, men would become crazy, because a society with all men could be horrible.

 

Both learn better together because we are different but at same time equal. Men have different thoughts of women, if we had the same ideas, there wouldn´t be innovations because both are creative and we could make the things easier. A case to support this ideas is the mixed school. Here both learn together and we learn how the personality of the other is. We are important, but we are not dependable to the other, I refer that is necessary to be together. If we separated, the world would change a lot.

I agree with Philip Wiley if men and women lived in different worlds, the results would be catastrophic because the men and women complement each other. 

If men and women work together, the results would be good because they have different ideas to contribute in the work.

If the man and the woman lived apart, they could not create new beings although they are different by their physical and psychological nature their union represent humanity.

If all the people learned to cooperate with others, the world will be better because we need the others and they need us men and women always complement each other

Well, I don't think men and women should live in separate societies because if boys and girls learned to cooperate more, the world would be a better place. For example, people believe that men can only create business or do heavy work and women can only be doing the housework. Also if people lived alone, they would be sad. We can't to share and communicate with different person. The contact between the sexes is necessary and benefical for both parts. It is clear that women can't live without men or men without women. Women need something of the men and men need something of the women, for example men can help to women in work that is hard and women can help in do something that is too difficult. So, women and men are important for the world.

I disagree with Philip Wiley. Nowadays, we can see many families that have only one parent, and the family is going very well. For instance, my uncle is living with her two children. She works and do all the things in her house. If she gets up early, she cleans her house. If she had time to study another career, she would study a master's degree. Women are showing that they are capable to do whatever they want, so they can manage anything. If women had a special purpose, they would get it.

Another idea to support my position is, men are proving that we are capable to do somethings that women did. For example, Men are better cooker than women, all the known chefs are men. If a man knew how to cook, he would live alone. Also men are peaceful now, I see couples where the girl is more aggressive than the boy, and the boy prefers not to fight, it not happened in the past. If a man were peaceful, he would be a good example to his children. My idea is that men and women would live alone if they wanted.

Willey doesn´t believe men and women can live in a separate worlds, because for him the results would be catastrophic.  But in my opinion, his arguments he gives to say that belog to the last century.

I disagree with him, when he says if the men live in a different world, they would become very agressive with themselve, and if the women live in separate world, they would be helpless than men.

Time has changed. Now both share roles inside and outside at home. Today, women would access the same job, and men would take care of children and chores home. So, even nowadays if both (women and men) dont´work, they wouldn´t meet their needs.

In my city are a lot of places to visit, i can give you some suggestions to have fun tha days that you pass here

So, if you want to eat, you can visit Olympico' s restaurant, i recommend you this restaurante because the food is very delicious. Also you can find typical food.

If you want to know some ofthe history of Huancayo, you can visit the memorial museum, in this museum you can learn how was Huancayo in 1980.

Other idea is, If you want to have adventure, you can go to Huaytapallana, it's a good experience. Also is not to expensive to visit. 

You can go to Chupuro if you want to have adrenalin.

Also, you can visit Viques if you want to know or dance the typical dances that we have.

Huancayo is a beautiful city, and the people are friendly so you are always welcome.

 If you want to visit my city I can give you some suggestions about where you can go.

• If you want to look for a place in which you can stay, you can go to the Tourism Hotel that is located in the center of Huancayo.
• If you want to eat delicious dishes you can go to many places, because the food in Huancayo is delicious, you can eat our typical dishes like: Pachamanca, Papa a la Huancaina, Cuy Chactado, among others.
• If you want to get fun, you can go to “Cerrito de la Libertad”, these place has a zoo in which you can visit many kinds of animals.
• Go to San Jeronimo de Tunan if you want to buy some jewelry in gold or in silver. People from these place make the most beautiful jewelry.
• Go to Torre Torre if you want to visit some archeologist places in Huancayo.
• Constitution park and Identity park are one of the most famous parks in Huancayo. If you want to walk or spend time, you can go to those parks.

If you’re looking to take the best travel, Huancayo is one of the most beautiful provinces of Peru, Huancayo is a city filled with history and tradition, Known for its crafts and ruins. With big   festivals , you'll find something to do and see year round.

-In Huancayo there is a park called Parque de la Indentidad, where you can visit if you want to know a place built by hand from Huancayo.

-If you want to buy some crafts from Huancayo. you must go to the Sunday fair that is located in Huancavelica avenue.

-In the outskirts of the city, you'll find a series of gigantic geological formations up to 100 feet tall, you should go if you want to take some photos.

-If you like travel by train, you should travel in el ferrocarril Huancayo which  is one of the oldest train in South America which is still providing regular.

-If you like the snow, you should go to Huaytapallana Glacier.

-Above the town of Concepcion is a giant white virgin statue . For 2 soles you can climb inside her and pop out of her head for 360 views of the Mantaro Valley.

-You can visit Laguna de Paca if you love boating.

-If you want to eat delicious food from Huancayo you should go to Ingenio or Miraflores.

-If you like history and you wanna know more about Huancayo, you should go to Arwaturo Ruins.

- If you want to know many places in Huancayo, you can hire some turistic agency,

In my city there are many funny and interesting places that you can visit if you want to do a lot of things for example:

• If you want to know about some artist that were born in this city, you can go to the ¨Parque de la Identidad Wanka¨ this is a beautiful park and you can found some statues and biographies of representatives people.
• If you want to see ¨el Valle del Mantaro¨, the perfect place to visit is ¨el Cerrito de la Libertad¨ this is a place where you can have a precious time because there are games for the children, there is a zoo, trere is a pool an the mos importan is that there is a lookout where you can see ¨el Valle del Mantaro¨.
• If you want to eat traditional food fronm Huancayo, you can go to Pilcomayo there are many palces that prepare traditional food and some of this places have pools if you want to swim.
• If you want to buy some souvenir of Huancayo, you can go to ¨La Casa del Artesano¨ this is a place where you can found souvenir for you or your house.

Hi my Friend, welcome to hyo, this is the city where i born and is a pleasure to guide you in your stay in hyo, let me show you many touristics places in hyo that you could enjoy a lot. First, If you like to walk, you could visit "virgen de la inmaculada" in concepción is and interesting place where you can see all the Mantaro valley. Other opcion if you want to know about the culture, you should visit huarihuilca where you can learn about huanca culture but if you like to spend time in downtown, you could visit constitución park where you can find our cathedral or indentidad wanka park. Also, if you like cold places, you could go to huaytapallana snowy. But, if you enjoy visiting our culture, you could visit "formaciones geológicas de torre torre" where you can see many stones the measuring more than 30 meters but the stones still eroded by the wind and rain. Then, if you like to go out,, to enjoy the night, you could go to many night clubs but let me recommend you some night clubs, one of the most popular night club in hyo is "insomnio" where you can dance and drink some beverages but if you are looking for a night club just to listening to music and drink,you can go to las guitarras or los antojitos. To conclude, if you want to eat a traditional food, you could go to valle azul in ingenio, ingenio is a 30 minutos from dowtown and for eat at night you could go to real plaza if you want to want different kind of food specially junk food. Huancayo is one of the most beautiful cities in Perú whit a lot of different places to visit. If you are looking for a travel destination, Huancayo is the right place. 

Here, you can eat typical food, see typical dances and it has amazing landscapes

If you want to travel, you have to consider some tips that help you to enjoy your stay; for example in Huancayo you could see beautiful blue sky but sometimes the weather is unpredictable, so if you want to be preparing to the sun or rain, you have to take always an umbrella, sunglasses and a coat.  If you like to see landscapes, Huancayo has lookouts in Cerrito de la Libertad, Orcotuna and Pucará.

If you like sports and adventure, you could practice mountain biking, mountaineering or paragliding. Another attraction that Huancayo has is its food, so if you want to taste the typical flavors, you can eat pachamanca, lechón, papa a la huancaina, etc.

Finally in Huancayo  there are many festivals all the year, If you want to know about typical dances and culture.

Huancayo is a beautiful city you must need you visit. First of all if you plan visiting this amazing city, you bring a coat , because there is very cold.If you like visiting parks, Huancayo has the "Identity park". Its a nice place to have a great time with friends or family, eating candy apple and also having fun at the castle. If you enjoy good food, you should visit "Detrás de la catedral", it has a very big variety of peruvian food; personaly i think that the best plate there is the grill. If you like adventure, you might go to "Torre torre", is a mountainwith very stranges red rocks, where you can walk hours and find lots of animals,plants and also risks. If you loke to playa un the snow, Huaytapallana snowy is one of the best placer un Huancayo.
The majority of the tourists decide to visit this placer because is very beautiful and they like to talk many photos for their memories.
