I couldn't agree with you more but, I know that each person has a different opinion about sharing information and whether it is legal or illegal. I think that first we have to analyze the good and bad points that this topic has.

First, technology grows every day and it is easier to share information that is important, and sometimes you have to pay to obtain it and there is no possibility of acquiring them. Thanks to this accessibility we can be aware of many things around the world. Before I forget, have you heard that thanks to this many successful professionals are due to this sharing of information?

Second, and, of course, all information is an author who creates these contents and expects a payment of money. Given that someone takes their work illegally, I'm not surprised that they're upset. But if this information were a little more accessible to the public, I think that things would be different because of the economic aspect.

Third, and talking about tecnology, did you hear about virtual books? I think it's a good idea to sell information and it's also a bit more extensive and accurate information that you need. That reminds me, have you thought with what idea in mind was this online sale created? Indeed, having a book that has unnecessary information for what you need is uncomfortable but for an attachment on your cell phone or laptop is easier to carry and is more accessible to your information, because with only a reference of what you need, automatically the attachment looks for it and you're done!

By the way, have you thought about why so much controversy about this? I think that for such acts there should not be a punishment as severe as going to prison or doing community service because, in this way we can help others to evolve intellectually.
