NELSON MANDELA
Nelson Mandela was born in Qutu, South Africa on 18 July 1918, his parents was Gadla and Nodekeni and three sisters.
First he worked as a herding family's cattle, then he studied in Union College of Fort Hare and Nelson became a good lawyer and later an activist. Nelson had three marriages, he went through many adversities like being sentenced and being in prison. After many circumstancies in 1993 he won the Nobel Peace Prize.
Then he joined african national congress (ANC), where he held many positions as Youth League Secretary, Deputy Head of ANC, President of ANC. But its main goal in the ANC was to end the unjust system of apartheid in South Africa.
In 1994 Mandela became the first president of South Africa until 1999, with 62% votes.
In conclusion, I think Nelson Mandela was a great leader although he had some mistakes, he did good deeds and thanks to this he was able to get good positions and win the Nobel Peace Prize, which is a great achievement.
