Biography NELSON MANDELA by Pablo Juan de Dios.

With a NOBEL PEACE PRIZE that received in 1993, three marriages: Evelyn Ntoko (1944), Winnie Madikizela (1958) and Graca Machel (1998). Nelson Mandela was one of the persons most beloved around the world.

He wrote a famous book about his autobiography, the book is called: Long walk to Freedom that was published in 1994. He describes in that book about his first language: Xhosa, how the sunset is the favorite time of day. Also he talks about his first job: herding a family's cattle at the age of 5 years. Or maybe he can tell you about his 3 sisters and no brothers. During his adulthood he was sentenced to life term for anti-goverment activities, to be released after 27 years.

He joined African National Congress (ANC) in 1942, then he started to grow: In 1947 nominated Youth League Secretary, in 1952 Deputy Head of ANC and finally in 1991 President of ANC.

Finally, during his retirement he raised money for children's charities.
