Biography of Nelson Mandela
Nelson mandela was born in Qunu, South Africa on July 18 1918, his parents were Gadla and NOdekeni, he had 3 sisters, he studied in mission school, after that, he studied law in Johannesburg.
He joined African national congress ( ANC ), he was in 3 positions there, first 1947 he was a youth league secretary, in 1952 he was a deputy head of ANC and in 1991 he became a president of ANC.
But in 1962 he was sentenced to life term for anti-goverment activities, released after 27 years, in February 11, 1990.
After that, he won a novel peace price in 1993, also in 1994, he became a president and he was first democratically elected president of South Africa.
So in conclusion, l think Nelson Mandela is a person who never gave up, he fought for peace and equality, he had some mistakes, but He demonstrated the world to fight for equality for that and other reason he got novel peace prize.
