What do you think the article will be about?                                                                   I think the article is about,how people could manage the stress with the meditation and get the peace that they need.

Read the article and describe what you understand of it in as much detail as possible.                                                                                                    This article is about,what is the meditation and why it is important,from the opinion of people and from which say in the bible.Some persons think that ,"The mind has to be empty to see clearly",this people want to say that,while some person focusing on certain words or images promotes inner peace and mental clarity.On the other hand,Biblical meditation involves purposeful thinking on wholesome topics.It's important because,meditation gives us inner depth, quiet reserve, and moral strength;all of which add insight and understanding to our speech and behavior.Also helps us to improve our comprehension and memory.Meditation could be a good way to control thefts,murders between other problems that there are in our society.Well,to finish we will to consider that when we take in such fine thoughts and sow them in our mind, we will reap in the form of beautiful qualities, gracious speech, and warm relationships with others.This article it's really important because help us to improve our lifes in different aspects and be better persons.
