I´m sorry for you , I trying to help you with this big problem .I went through the same thing .
On the one hand you could leave your work for a while to focus on your exams and when you finish them you go back to your work.
On the other hand, if that is not possible , another option is to create a new way of studying that doesn't need a lot of time and is effective like a summaries or repeat the lessons.
