Well, your problem is very difficult but i have an advice.
I think that you should go to the doctor because your health isn't a game and you should make some tests. You better know what disease you have. So you can make some treatments. Otherwise if you don't know what diseases you can have, you can't care your health very well. And you should make an appointment with the doctor.

Dear Mary,

I write to you so that you could advise me because I do not know what to do.

I tell you that two years ago died my grandmother of ovarian cancer and have knowledge that I can inherited it by the genetic load, I have recently been presented some symptoms and lower over ten kilos these months the more likely it is that I have ovarian cancer,  I don't want to make me the proof of tumor markers that would discard my suspicion or would affirm it, I am very afraid.
