  6. I think this article shows us how complete our list that we already had prepared. It gives some tips to fix the things we are doing wrong and improve good habits to finish the list as we did.

  2. This article recommends that you make your list the night before because you can calm your mind and relax better. Also you can write 3 important activities that you have to realize before finish the day because when you write a lot of activities you want to give up before you even start. Number your three “must-do” objectives in order of priority, and aim to complete the first one before you before you check emails in the morning. A short glance at your inbox may seem harmless, but it can quickly turn into a time suck. People fail to accomplish the tasks on their daily to-do lists because of distractions. Though some distractions can be avoided  other times unexpected tasks fall into your lap. Every day, account for at least one hour of “free time” for unplanned items that might come up. Only keep a your larger, long-term goals visible so you can frequently compare them to your daily and weekly goals.
