I think, the article is going to be about the importance of the water in the body of the humans because our body need to rehydrate. Also the article will explain the benefits of the water and how much water we must drink for day.

 

5.            Read the article and describe what you understand of it in as much detail as possible.

 

The water help in many things for example hydrate the mouth , skin , eyes, nose, blood, bones, and the brain in other words all the body . The water is very important because the body when drink water eliminate waste that our body don't need. With the water the peoples can lose weight so the water is always important in a diet .Also it helps have a good digestion and the digestion need saliva. The saliva help to decompose the food and so have a good intestinal health. Some people when do exercises lose water but there are another causes where the people lose water like vomiting or diarrhea so in this cases the people must drink much water. Some people think that the soda and water with sugar replaced water, but it is false because this water dehydrates us , the water is the beverage most important because take care and prevent some ills such us bladder infections and urinary tract stones. When the women are pregnant must drink a lot of water because their bodies need more water than usual.

The people only drink water when they want to quench , but all the doctors said that the people might drink eight cups of water for day and in the breakfast, lunch and dinner  so that the body stays hydrate .Also there are fruits that has water for example the orange , watermelon, pineapple, coconut and another fruits . There is a way to know about our hydrate or no and the way is look at your urine. If it's clear, you're in good shape. If it's dark, you're probably dehydrated.

Proper: When a person considers something good.

 

E1: I think that her speech is proper for the children.

E2: Yesterday I saw proper dress for the meeting with my coworkers.

 

 

Dry: Something that is free of liquid.

 

E1: The skin of my friend is dry, she should buy a cream.

E2: The food is dry, it should have more water.

 

Intake: drink some liquid substance

 

E1: I intake eight cups of water all the days.

E2: She always do exercise and intake vitamins.

 

Enable: Permit or do something

 

E1: I enable a big party in my home for my birthday.

E2: My mom enable me travel to Colombia.

 

Moisture: liquid in a small part

 

E1: In my home there is moisture.

E2: I don't like travel to places with moisture.
