Help me please, What can I do???

I write to you for an advice.

I have a problem 😢. Last year I met a nice girl. She studies at my university but I haven't talked to her yet, rather, I haven't tried it. I think she is my soulmate that I've aways been looking for. Last year we were in the same class and I could know more about how she is. She is responsible and friendly with a good behavior and I noticed we have the same interests in life so that I think she's compatible with me and I think I feel head over heels in love with her 😊 , but as I told you, I haven't tried to talk to her. What can I do??? How can I approach and talk to her??😑
