Fires happen constantly around Huancayo. But there are important rules that could help during a fire.

First of all, know exactly the location of all exits.

•  know where the fire extinguisher.

Second, if you feel the door or wall is hot, do not open the door.

• Look for a more secure door.

• If you are in a building, do not use the elevator.

Third, if when you are going out, your clothes catch fire, stop immediately and drop to the floor

• Remove curtains and other combustible materials in the windows and door.

• Close the door, open the faucets and earn much water as possible.
