Perri said it's necessary for people have a promise to yourself for accomplish your goals because If you can keep that, you can accomplish whatever.

• Drink an extra quart of water every day.

Drink water is a fundamental thing to lose weight 

• Stop drinking soda, always eat breakfast, and find time to move every day.

You have to stop drink soda and tried to drink a healthy water and Remove sugar from just one meal a day.

• Control your portions.

You should eat small porcion of healthy food in in exact times

And finally you must never give up and tried to do all this tips for lose weight and get in shape with the help pf your friends and your family because they can help you to be more strong in this stage of your life.
