Perri said it's necessary for people have a promise to yourself for accomplish your goals because If you can keep that, you can accomplish whatever.

  • Drink an extra quart of water every day.

  • Stop drinking soda, always eat breakfast, and find time to move every day.
You have to stop drink soda and tried to drink a healthy water and Remove sugar from just one meal a day.
