I paid all my debt two month ago, and since the same date I do not use my credit card so I do not understand why the charge of 50 soles in my last statement. I was wondering if you could help me to solve this problem, I request to invalidate this charge.
I suggest you that your employees must give more information to avoid problemas with your customers.
