I think
I think that reading is about the any problems the migrants. People who move away from their family in look for better opportunities but also they feel sad for made that decision.

The article is about the migration, your dreams and realities
The person decides go out your country, because need school for your children, job, feed, and dosen't has money; but in other country is more difficult go after the dreams, are different the culture, languages, and many person dosen't has their papers in order, people are exploited occupationally and also the most important problem is the separation with your family, homesickness, although after, you decide reunited with them, not is same. You can lose the most important persons of your life.
The person should go after your dreams with your family and your own country. Is the better decision.
