How to be sociable?
Maybe you feel frustrated because you are in a new city or maybe you don't hang out with your friends because they are busy, whatever the case these three steps will help you to be more sociable:
- Believe in yourself
Before you talk to someone, you have to feel security in yourself, so you can start the next two steps.
- Don't be afraid to talk to someone
As soon as you are sure to talk to someone and you believe in yourself, overcome the fear. Also, you can feel nervous, forget that and continue with your goal. You can get close to the person, then be able to start talking.
- Try to talk with other people about an interesting topic
After you have all the security to talk to the person, start introducing yourself and talking about an interesting topic. If it's possible try to make a friendship to the person.
