This article is about 5 things that we never do after we eat a lot of food. the article tell us that who hasn´t lived a situation in which we feel guilty for overeating. Also the article give us five things that we never have to do when we are in a similar situation. the first mistake that many people do is that we are weighing ourselves. This doesn´t bad but the weight that shows the scales is incorrect because if you ate too much last night, especially salty food that can cause water retention, our scale will reflect it the next morning. So if we want to weight we have to wait 48 hours. The second mistake is that we skipped breakfast so it is the worst thing that we can do it because the breakfast is the most important in our diet. the third mistake is that if we go to the gym and workout extra time we can loss weight but only we can obtain injures. only we have to walk because it helps in our digestion. the next mistake is that we skimp on sleep. The people who sleep less than 8 hours are more likely to crave junk food and it could cause a bad eating cycle. The last mistake is that we say " I´ll never eat ..... again". It sentence could last some days in our brain nevertheless we could go back to our unhealthy diet. dont forget that everything in excess is harmful. we have to take decisions gradually.
