Now, people are multitask, they use cellphones, blackberry and others at the same time. so Dr. Gary Small says that multitasking is not so bad, and people have to be faster if they want to use that technology, it is a challenge to use technology all the time, so they have positives aspects: they help you to connect to others, exercise our brain, you can study easily with them, even old people could increase their brain activity, but there are also downsides: technology distracts people from face to face comunication, is not good to do many activities with technology at same time, because you won't be efficiently in nothing. Dr. Small suggests to focus on one task at a time, taking breaks, spending time offline and exercise.
